Dear patients,   We strive to keep the organizational processes in line with the currently necessary measures of dealing with Covid-19 smoothly for you and therefore ask you to observe the following:   FFP2 masks are mandatory in our practice. We ask patients who are exempt from the mask requirement to go outside to wait for the practice.   Please show up on time for your agreed appointment or arrange timely rescheduling.   Please refrain from accompanying people who are not absolutely necessary for your health.   We ask for presentation of the complete vaccination certificate at reception. In particular, examinations and treatments that require the mask to be removed cannot be carried out otherwise.   We ask patients without complete vaccination status to telephone agreement of a separate examination and treatment appointment.   We ask for presentation of an antigen rapid test (<6 hours old) in the event of incomplete proof of vaccination and before all outpatient surgeries.   We would be happy to carry out an rapid antigen test in the practice for a fee of €30.
