I had a correction of the labia performed by Dr. Edusei in March 2026. My motivation – I was simply unhappy with the appearance and annoyed by the dysfunctions (e.g. pain when cycling). The initial consultation lasted about 45 minutes; Dr. Edusei addressed all my questions attentively, honestly and kindly. I therefore had no concerns before the surgery. The operation took about 3 hours including preparation and follow-up. The practice team looked after me perfectly and courteously. I didn’t feel anything at all during the procedure itself, even under local anesthesia. I also found it very pleasant that the practice is so beautifully furnished stylistically. No hospital feeling at all\u2026 One should note that the procedure is not a walk in the park. I had no pain but significant swelling for 2 days, so sitting was really not pleasant. Feel free to take 3 to 4 days off so that the healing process gets off to a good start. That’s what I did. In general, the 6-week “recovery period” after the surgery is sensible – my healing is almost complete. I’m riding my bike again and without any pinching. And the result? Absolutely satisfying!!! I am so glad I took the step.

I was looked after very lovingly and touchingly. In the evening, my husband arrived, who was called by the doctor immediately after the operation and informed that everything had gone well. I spent the night alone in a room, which was my wish. The night nurse was very caring and warm. The next morning, my three stitches were pulled and the large plasters were removed and replaced with smaller ones. And of course I now have to wear a corset bra for at least 6 weeks. And what I didn’t expect at all was that I would be able to see the results straight after the operation. Nothing was bandaged, which I expected. The next morning I happily left the surgery with my husband. I now had 3 follow-up appointments. After my first experience with fillers at another place, I realised that it’s worth paying a little more to get a procedure done right, by someone who has enough expertise and results in their portfolio and is confident enough to put their name and face to the business. I have worked with Dr Edusei for a consultation, a tear duct filler and a TCA peel. I also had a microneedling facial with Monica (the medical esthetician) even though we only spoke German. Imagine the shock of entrusting a nameless person from a beauty parlour to inject me in my periorbital area from a vial whose packaging I wasn’t even shown. Apparently you can go blind.
