Chemical skin peel
Skin that looks tired, sallow and worn out and lacks youthful freshness is often perceived as particularly annoying. In particular, environmental influences such as sun exposure and nicotine take a toll on the skin over the years. The use of classic cosmetics often does not bring the desired success, so that a chemical skin peeling becomes the focus of a treatment.
With a chemical skin peeling you can also effectively treat acne scars, enlarged pores, pigment spots and fine to severe wrinkles – and this on the entire body, for example age spots in the décolleté and on the hands. Smokers often complain about their pleated lines in the mouth area, and chemical skin peeling is also a treatment option here.
Chemical skin peeling uses different solutions to improve facial skin and smooth its structure. The top layers of skin are removed so that the skin relief becomes more even and significantly finer. Peelings differ depending on the depth of action and the active substance used.
In our practice we also use active ingredients such as trichloroacetic acid and phenol for chemical skin peeling, with which we can penetrate deeper layers of the skin. This means we can also treat deep wrinkles specifically and effectively, which is not possible with fruit acid peels of this quality.
The chemical skin peeling leads to skin renewal and an increase in collagen formation. The skin cells increasingly form water-binding hyaluronic acid, so that the protective acid layer of the skin is stabilized. After a treatment-related temporary reddening of the skin, the desired surface smoothing occurs and an even and well-groomed complexion develops.
Depending on your wishes, you can achieve good effects with several chemical skin peelings at regular intervals with immediate social ability or choose a strong peeling at a time when there is a planned downtime.
In many cases, chemical skin peeling can be sensibly combined with treatment with hyaluronic acid, botulinal toxin and combine thread lifting.
