According to a recent ruling by the Federal Court of Justice dated July 31, 2025 (Case No. I ZR 170/24), before-and-after images may not be used to advertise aesthetic treatments in which the shape of the nose or chin is altered through injections with hyaluronic acid or hyaluronidase.
