You can easily book your preferred appointment in the way that suits you best: by phone or online at any time via our website or the booking platform Doctolib. You can also send appointment requests through our website or by email.

No matter which option you choose – we will personally process your request and schedule sufficient time for you and your concerns.

A few days before your appointment, up until the day before, we will call you again. In this short conversation, we will confirm the appointment, ask about your specific consultation request, and kindly remind you of the €70 fee for aesthetic initial consultations. You will also receive a brief overview of the visit on site – for example, that some documents need to be completed in advance. This call gives you a good sense of what to expect and allows us to tailor the consultation optimally to your needs.

Note: The first appointment is exclusively for medical examination and consultation. Together with your specialist in Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery, you will discuss your wishes, your medical history, and the possible options in your case – objectively, respectfully, and without any pressure to decide.

On the day of your appointment, our reception team will warmly welcome you to our clinic. After check-in, you will receive some documents to complete at your convenience in the waiting area – including a medical history form, a consent form for the consultation, as well as specific information sheets tailored to your request. Should any questions arise, our clinic staff will be happy to assist you at any time.

Afterwards, you will be accompanied to the consultation room of your chosen specialist – Dr. Isabel Edusei or Dr. Andrea Wolff. In a calm and discreet atmosphere, your doctor will take personal time to discuss your wishes, expectations, and any possible concerns. Following an initial physical examination – depending on your treatment request – a brief photographic documentation may be carried out if needed. Your specialist will explain in detail which methods may be suitable in your case, how a treatment would specifically proceed, which medical aspects need to be considered, and what costs can be expected. Risks will also be addressed openly and clearly. We take ample time to answer all your questions – whether they concern medical, organizational, or emotional aspects.

After the consultation, you will receive a personalized folder containing the documents relevant to you: the information sheets you completed, a checklist for the planned treatment, and the treatment agreement including a transparent cost breakdown. This allows you to review the information at your leisure afterward – either on your own or together with a trusted person.

If you have already decided on a treatment, a surgery date can be scheduled immediately after the initial consultation if you wish. Of course, you can also take time to think it over – entirely at your own pace. In this case, simply contact us again by phone. All consultation details are carefully documented so that we can seamlessly continue at a later time.
